But say the first priority was just killing individuals.

But that the individual wants to set up the POSSIBILITY of setting off a spark and starting a conflagration at the same time. It IS PLAUSIBLE isn't it? ??? Just asking.

I'm trying to imagine why so many gas stations other than the fact that individuals are out in the open and vulnerable. People are vulnerable in a lot of places. Street corners, strip malls etc.

Do you dance while pumping your gas? Sniping works best with stationary targets. People stand and hold the gas nozzle while filing their car tank. There might, mind you I might, be a connection to Arab terrorists and their desire to emphasize our 'dependance' on Arab oil.
