I just saw a Fairfax County police cruiser set up shop on the shoulder right near the Edsall Road exit on I395 (which is what I95 becomes after it crosses I495) on my way to work.

I495 North looked like it was closed, but I495 South (the way I was going) was still open.

Looks like the killer will be eating dinner in Richmond, or perhaps take 64W to Charlottesville?
