Shot fired in Bethesda? That's highly unusual, isn't it?

Where in Bethesda? What time? Can they tell if it was from the sniper's gun?

It's very unusual.

Just a short blurb on the Charlie Warren show, about 9:30. Shot heard in Bethesda, sounded like a full investgation. (multiple sources?) Centered around Bradley, no mention of where on Bradley.

This guy can't make every shot, can he? (of coarse I'm safely assuming he's not God.)
