Maybe it's someone protesting the use of fossil fuels. This could be some whacko eco terrorist. their propaganda clearly states they think they're at war and some advocates violence.

Doesn't really make sense. One victim was a 13 year old boy on his way to school. Another was an elderly man sitting on a park bench. Another was a woman in front of the Post Office. Another was a woman leaving Michael's.

This is the 4th at a gas station. I think the gas station figures in because the victim is standing still while pumping gas.
