Don't know the DA, myself. Does sound quite efficient, though - in capital cases such as this, any racial bias enhancement would be superfluous, as I said early on. There's nothing to be gained by investigating a moot point (as your frontpage.com / American Renaissance handlers call it), is there?

Man I have seen some dumbasses on the web, but you have got to be the biggest one yet.

There's nothing "superfluous" about adding in a penalty.

If the jurors are stuck on whether to give them death or not, the addition might very well push them towards the death penalty they might not have chosen otherwise.
