republicman & his fellow useful idiots are the ones that wish to play the race card here. I'm not a fan of it at any time, but especially ib this particular case where it could not help the case a bit, and could have hurt the prosecution's case.
I've made the comment twice that reublicman & frontpage.com don't appear to really want a conviction in this case as much as they 'want' "consistency in the law".
I'd like a conviction and a death penalty. How 'bout you?
