I agree. I believe the profit motive reigns for Schiff, personally. He preys on people's greed and also their will to be a part of changing the immoralities that have crept into American's relationship to their government. You must admit, diving into the code, right down to the paperwork tricks, it is disgusting to see how the fraud on American's is perpetrated by these idolaters. There isn't a lawful molecule in the IRS. Just legal. Statutes make unlawful things legal by granting license. Legal=lethal.

If you equate lawful with moral, you are right.
Unfortunately legal does not imply moral or just, it only reflects political expedience accepted by majority constituency.
However, the violation of statute encourages lawlessness and undermines the basis of moral(i.e. lawful) behavior. It is much better to change the legal basis of bad statutes, working through the processes laid down under the Constitution, than to encourage unlawful or illegal conduct such as those of Irwin Schiff's genre do.
The processes under the Constitutition may be slow and frustrating, however they are there to assure the preservation of a republic and the ultimate progression towards the protection of individual rights.
