Would you consider the Imperial Federal Government (IFG) requiring you to submit voice samples and handwriting samples to be kept on record for you to be able to exercise your 1st amendment rights? Or to register your religious affliation and place of worship?
What they want is for you to have to register with the IFG for the privilege of exercising a constitutional right. I find that to be an infringement on the free exercise of our rights.
