The exact salutation is "Dear Mr. Policeman";

a google search found the phrase used in this newsgroup thread for, well, sort of fringe constitutionalists (I'm trying to be nice):

Yes, I found the thread with a google search yesterday.

But you forgot to mention that on that same thread, there is also a reference to Furhman and his "Out there, I am God" remark....
