He didn't say "veteran". He said "Vietnam War BUFF"!
Let me repost the statement:
"Police believe the madman they're hunting may be a deranged Vietnam War buff or veteran because of the chilling calling card found in woods 150 yards from where he wounded a 13-year-old boy Monday..."
The speculation I heard on Fox News this morning only mentioned veterans, not "buffs".
