Lucy Caldwell VA State Police says that they are looking for a white van, BUT are not saying anything about TWO males.

Van has panelling along side windows in place of windows, which could look like a box truck..

I heard someone on fox news just say that foreign terrorists have not been ruled out yet.

It feels like a pendulum..swinging back and forth between foreign and domestic.. :(
