TFB. It is not society's job to protect the stupid from themselves. There are far greater problems. It seems to me he died in the commission of a crime-trespassing on private property. Hopefully, falling out of trees becomes the norm for these fools.

Hopefully, falling out of trees becomes the norm for these fools. No doubt about it, he was a criminal thug, taking use of other people's property to satisfy his personal desires. I just think that he didn't get that way on his own. He was trained for this event from the time he entered the doors of the public schools.
