Correct me if I am wrong, but a shotgun would have to be at a much closer range than the other shootings, right?

No mention of the weapon. Just a Sunoco gas station and victim was shot in the head. Prince William County police have area closed. Rt. 234 (Sudley Rd.) is where the Sunoco station is located just south of I-66 exit.

When is the last time you saw someone in the media that even knew the difference between a shotgun and a rifle?
