He has totally done away with all past customs and niceties.
Examples include foregoing the committee markups for Energy Bill (Committee would have allowed Anwar drilling) and Budget Bill; bringing the bills to the floor to try and write the bill so it will contain what King Dashle wants. Problem is Senate cannot function that way and so there is NO BUDGET Bill or Energy bill.
But Leaky Leahy's antics in Judiciary are the worst. It amounts to hi-jacking the Court system by withholding votes, not scheduling hearings, and other delaying tactics to prevent conservative nominees from being appointed to the bench. Imagine what Leahy would do if a vacancy occured on the Supreme Court. It would make the Bork hearings look like a Sunday picnic.
Democracy cannot function this way. The Dems have become so dishonest and EVIL that they are ripping the system apart.
Therefore if the electorate does not throw these bastards out , our government as we know it is over and chaos will begin.
