The Democrats have shed yet another of President Bush's judicial nominees. And why not? They figure they're on a roll and while the going is good, its better to go out of business with bang instead of a whimper.
The Democrats have shed yet another of President Bush's judicial nominees. And why not? They figure they're on a roll and while the going is good, its better to go out of business with bang instead of a whimper. Yes, but in the process they are hurting all endangered Democratic incumbents by enraging the conservative base in MN, SD, GA etc. The RATS are only hurting their own.
And I certainly agree that the president must use the bully pulpit on this and label the obstructionists for the American people. Enough is enough.
