Further: this younger, social outcast-type shooter - IMO - has moved onto this game after tiring of Play Station, he's into Dungeons and Dragons or some such. His self-deluded parents will rush to his defense when he is caught (while purchasing a magic marker for his Taror cards), the parents will claim he is "really a great kid."

This guy has spent considerable time at the shooting range, and has detailed knowledge of marksmanship, law enforcement procedures, and anatomy. No way he's some punk twerp, or he would have screwed up long before now.
