I could drive there and take a photo for you, but what would it tell you?

This afternoon I have to drive past the Manassas site on my way to Warrenton. I am familar with the gas station, have bought a lot of gas there. Will take a look and tell you what I see.

A couple of the shootings I am not familiar enough with the area to comment on, but the VA shootings and the Bowie shooting took place in an area with no trees or tall buildings, on a main road close to an exit off an interstate highway.

I think he's driving around, looking for opportunities that strike his fancy. Places with a lot of people and a clear line of sight from his vehicle. The victims are random, whoever pops up when he's ready.

I don't know if the pics would tell us anything there or not, but I was curious to see what the "view" was from the victims' positions.

The Manassas site I have passed and probably stopped to refuel a time or two. But, I can't say I am familiar with it. I worked in MD for a while and one of my friends has a house down on a lake in Louisa, I believe that was the route we took.(?)
