What scares me the most is that if this is a new ME terrorists MO, they will start doing it everywhere in America. And I don't particularly look forward to the chaos (let's not forget the Stock Market consequences too...) that would follow. I have no doubt we'd eventually get used to the Israelis kind of life, but I don't wish it for my kids. But then again, if it turns out to be ME terrorists, we'll just have to deal with it.

Well if it is true, and we do deal with it, I think our country will be much better off because of it.

As it stands now, we're a pretty decadent place. We're not really required to recognize and respond to hard truths. The fact of the matter is that our defense would be largely in our own hands, which has a way of stripping away all of those feel-good PC pretenses.

While this may well not be the work of terrorists (although I don't know what to think either way), the recently discovered video over there seems to indicate that this type of domestic terror is on their future list. So, realistically, even if this isn't it, I think, unfortunately, that your children and mine may well have "personal, resident" terror with which to deal.

I think we are more than capable of dealing with them. The Israelis would have dealt with them decades ago if it weren't for us running interference for the Arabs. That's the funny thing about the terrorists. They always say we deserve this because of our foreign policy. If it weren't for us meddling in Israelis business Palestinians wouldn't exist.
