"Damage Control"---he needs to practice ecomony of words....he rambles too much. But then again, this IS a difficult situation.
A frustrated Moose reacted angrily when asked about the reported message. "Someone in the team, someone on the law enforcement community has done something I find very inappropriate. It indicates that I don't have control of the team," he said.
Moose said the investigation "continued to unfold" but offered few details about how police work was progressing in finding the killer.
I think those two statements: not having control (this isn't the first leak he's complained about, and the first -- about the NC man wanted for questioning, was Moose's mistake) and the fact that he gives few details to back up sweeping statements, have been true from the onset, but until today, he's received nothing but glowing reports from the media. He may be learning that the door of sudden fame swings both ways.
