The only thing I can think of doing against him would be to call in a bunch of these ex military snipers, maybe even Carlos Hathcock himself, and ask them where they would set up in the area if they wanted to commit these sorts of crimes and then do stakeouts on these places.

Carlos passed away February 23, 1999 but I'd hope they've been doing that with the other military snipers

LOL! Well, that takes me off the suspect list for sure! I knew Hathcock was getting on in years but I didn't know he had passed on although the thought had crossed my mind when I posted that ;-)
