Just reported on Channel 9 News...This Tarot card was found at the location where the shell casing was found...at scene of shooting of 13 year old... Walekar was victim No. 3 in a spate of shootings that police said began Wednesday evening with a shot at 5:20 p.m. through a Michael's craft store at the Northgate Shopping Center in the commercial heart of Aspen Hill. The bullet went through the glass and lodged in the No. 5 register sign perched above the register next to where a cashier stood. No one was hurt.

A miss on a target outside or was the sniper trying to hit someone inside by shooting through the glass??
