Oh trust me, they know me very well. hahahahahaha We live out in the sticks and this is the first company to offer high speed internet in our area, we have always had dial up. Our dial up was slow, but it was dependable.

My ISP knows me as well. They know if they are down I will be calling bugging them constantly till they bring it back it. Unlimited means unlimited. So don't limit me!!!
