OK, I really liked my clever Saddam building exact replicas at an immense scale hypothesis, but I'll accept your analysis. :)

But even so, I'm still not getting what I'm supposed to be seeing in these particular photos.

In the first picture, there's a small structure just above the long building in the same position the white building is in picture 2.
