If these shooters were cautious and set their vehicle up properly, there'd be no need to flee quickly. They could hang around for some time until just before the cops showed up then slowly drive off.

And what BETTER place to wage a campaign of offing innocent victims than Montgomery County, MD and DC where only the cops -- and the bad guys -- are SUPPOSED to have guns.

The shooting in VA MAY have been a bad choice as I believe VA does have a CCW law on the books.

Im not to sure a person with a ccp would be able to help much unless they are a direct witness to ware these shots are coming from in this situation. But it still gives you a warm fuzzy feeling just knowing you have it.

I would also recomend people purchasing a decent med kit for there autos and such. (the large military mediacal packs run about 100-150) I think that could be a great help in these days of cilvilians being gunned down, and looming terrorist actions in our country.

Not only you might get a chance to off one of these badguys but you might be able to save a victim as well.
