NOPE on the laser...he hasn't done any firing at night...all DAY targets...seems to me he IS dependent on a scope... If the liquor store shooting on September 14 is linked, that will change. The liquor store employee was shot at closing time.

Relee, see my #689. The man shot in DC was murdered at 9:20 p.m. on October 3rd, and he's confirmed to be a victim of the sniper.
