Now, Arne, you really need to sit and watch a few episodes.

I personally found the episode in which Squidworth convinced SpongeBob to go on strike from Crusty's restaurant, followed by Crusty locking them out, a perfect analogy to the longshoreman's strike, complete with clueless signs. Excellent commentary there on union organizing, I thought.

Also Squidworth learned a lesson on conformity when he moved to the all-squid community and about went nuts because everyone did things exactly the same. Everyone played the clarinet badly. No one was amused by leafblowers.

As you can see, I have made an extensive analysis of this program, and its social ramifications.

Also, SpongeBob is asexual. He informed us in one episode that he reproduces by budding.

Hee hee. That was a good ep. My favorite is "Sailor Mouth". And Mr. Mew is still trying to get the dolphin noise for #13 right.

There's a dissertation in there somewhere, I can feel it. "Miss Marple, Ph.D" - that could work ;)

So, there are squid cohorts ... why doesn't SpongeBob look like a sponge found on the coral shelf, but rather one found next to the steel wool on a Wal Mart shelf?

Also, SpongeBob is asexual.

So said the Smiths' Morrissey. You can draw your own conclusions as to what that proclamation means!
