I heard a conservative radio host speculate today that the shooter could be a white-supremacist militia member. The Maryland woods are full of Those People, don't you know. Hicks with gun racks on pickup trucks, camouflage clothes. The Left no longer has to bother putting their spin on the news, we now have conservatives doing it for them.

I've heard it discussed here on the left coast today that it may well be a diversionary tactic . One used to to terrify and paralyze the populace as a whole, and possibly terrorist related. This obviously is conjecture at this point, but the shooter is deliberate, accurate and indiscriminate.
He or she is definately shooting to kill. It's not some "Columbine type kid" or a "Militia type' either, my gut tells me it is not just some whacko, the profile of the targets reads like a civilian hit list meant to scare the be-jeezus out of the civilian populace. A new phase in the war on America maybe?!
