I remember EVERYONE getting the vaccine. Our immigrant grandmothers thought it was a true miracle.

I cannot remember one side effect. Not even whispers of side effects. Not even Spock disregarded vaccinations. I have read the WHO and CDC sites and I recognize what they are saying about side effects and I am aware of the fact that then we did not have as many immune compromised individuals and we didn't have, IIRC, the rates of eczema I read are alleged. Can you elaborate on the side effect issue?

yes... i think the concern over side effects is predicated on legal and trial attorney issues more than actual clinical issues.

The side effects are known... these doctors are just concerned that they will inadvertently damage a healthy child for no reason. They're right about that...but that's why we need to screen carefully.

We are more than capable of using the vaccine correctly and the stockpile of viral antidote is available if an HIV patient gets the vaccine accidently.
