The Islamofascists had undoubtedly had the "wafting" characteristics of weaponized anthrax explained to them, and could well have thought it would blow downwind and kill all those kids. Alas, we will never know since these guys all died in the planes!
There's more. It all fits within their worldview. Oh, yes, one more thing. In Islamic standards of evidence, the accusation is considered much more important than the facts. You will frequently notice that "those people" seem startled to discover that we hold to a much tighter standard, and do not automatically believe their lies as do their countrymen and co-religionists, nor are we as given to blaming the victim or innocent bystanders for our misfortune. In brief, the Islamofascists are constantly misestimating what we will do because, after all, we are not "them", nor are "they" us.
The vast majority of the jews I've known in my life are just downright great people and I really enjoy being with them. However there are some who just can't ever let you forget they are jewish and just always have to remind you of how awful the jews have been treated, how everyone is out to get them and the whole "us against the rest of you" gig. Not of the later groups of jews have ever asked me what my heritage is or why my ancesters came to america. You know why? Because they just don't care. Not at all, not in the least, not for one second, I am simply unimportant to them.
To prove my point, I just wrote that my wife is going to put herself in harms way to save a kid (very likely a jewish kid, seeing that they make up 30+% of the schools here) from having to be out in the open tomorrow morning, and you didn't even say thanks. Well you are welcome anyways, and yes I will continue to pray for Israel and cheer her on in her strugle against the forces of evil. Meanwhile try and get a grip and realise that we are in this together as americans.
