It sure is some kind of terrorist. I'm not so sure osama's terrorists are in disarray. I don't remember a lot about the 1st world trade center attack...but how many attacks since then has osama been involved in towards us that we know about? The boat incident..sorry names are failing me this morning..and 9/11. Doesn't it seem like he tends to space his attacks "out".

First of all, Osama had a history of not claiming responsibility for any of his attacks, until 9/11. Second, I don't think that the communication between higher ups and local cells is that great right now. I think that these guys are just following instructions to do whatever they can to disrupt American life.
