Does anyone know how likely it is that this kid will make it after being hit twice assuming it's the same shooter and the same weapon being used? I imagine this poor boy's insides are like scrambled eggs after being shot twice.

Depends on what the bullet hit as it passed thru' and how much blood loss, also how quickly/agressively he was treated. Possible liver damage and intestinal damage (with great chance of subsequent infections) is worrisome, but I think he's at a trauma center, which is the best place to be

That round has a reputation for poorly stabilzed bullets that tumble end over end as they pass through body tissue, although some ballistics experts are now questioning that theory. But that issue aside, two upper torso hits from ANY high velocity centerfire rifle with any type round is very bad news for even a large adult male, let alone a 13 year old kid.
