Of course this may not be the same bad guy/guys.......But at this point, the ensuing concern and panic will have the same effect.......
One thought before I dash off to work (was waiting to see if there were other shootings as downtown D.C. is twenty minutes from Bowie.)
By only shooting one victim with one shot, the shooter is not giving investigators the chance to triangulate where the shots are coming from. The cat and mouse game with the cops continues :-(
