Maryland issues CCW permits, but they are not easy to get. If our RAT Attorney General had his way, even the few that are now issued would become unavailable. He has publicly stated that he would like to see private ownership of handguns outlawed in Maryland. Our RAT Gubernatorial Candidate chooses her words more carefully, but few doubt that she shares his agenda.
