I am most concerned about this, as the randomness of the victims is more in line with the terrorism theory. Israel lives with this type of stuff daily, and it looks to me like a similar situation. I hope I am wrong.
Just finished reading Steven Emerson's excellent book American Jihad and he mentioned that incident and called it terrorism. He also had several incidents of terrorism committed in this country that were not deemed that at the time. Mostly incidents of Israeli leaders shot in NYC by Muslims. Also a schoolbus filled with Israeli children in NYC.
