Very true, I read an account many years ago of an assassination done by a pro hit man in which the victim died within seconds of being shot once in the rib cage with a 22 lr. According to the report the doctor who did the autopsy said that if he had been shot in the same location at the same angle with a 45 the man would certainly have lived and with a relatively minor wound at that. The 22 had just enough power to enter the rib cage but not enough to exit through another rib so it bounced around inside and chewed up all the internal organs. It really depends on just how you get hit.

Regardless of all the ballistic science involved, I do hope the boy does well and also the woman who survived from Friday.
