If you're talking about the guy off the Anacostia River who was shot while sitting in a car, the authorities say that was an unrelated robbery.

Thanks Lucianne was running a header earlier saying that the police were keeping it quiet and that the guy shot in his car may have been related to the sniper.

Maybe they don't want a circus down there..

WMAL Reporter: police at Bowie found a patch of grass matted down from which they surmise the shooter fired. So he was out of a vehicle at least while shooting.
