When we were young, she picked us up after we went to see King of Kings; in the car on the way home, she asked, "Well, Betty Jo-ah, who be-tray-ad Jee-zus?"
LOL.....! I learned to decipher the dialect while in the Army. Was in Signal School, Ft. Gordon, GA. I could do better with the crypto at times. The "Gullah" dialect is still very hard to understand.
