I'm going with someone who's slight in stature if he's using a rifle. The Gates of Heaven Cemetary may have some significance. Loved one buried there in the last year? He hates Michael's because of a bad work history or someone he cared about worked there? Does it mean St. Michael and he's Catholic? He said he's God and in the movie, Navy Seals, the sniper was called God. If he's slight in stature, does he admit that he couldn't join the Navy Seals? If he's using a Thompson Contender or another single shot pistol that would mean that he isn't necessarily small. Did he try to join the Seals and/or wash out?

The authorites should check burial records of the Cemetary for the last year, check online sniper games for someone using the handle, "God", check to see if a wannabe bugged military recruiters in the last six months and check work records at Michael's.

There is a motion coming before a couple of federal judges seeking federal criminal indictments against two of Braga's FBI collegues in the Annapolis, MD. FBI field office(unrelated to Braga's shooting).

The two FBI agents are being accused of alleged corruption involving the use of FBI resources to protect alleged members of organized crime.

Whether are not these judges will take any action concerning this remains to be seen.

I'm thinking short or of average height as well, though for a somewhat different but related reason: an ability to work from the cargo area of a van in fairly close quarters, then get to the driver's seat in a short period of time after the shot [if acting alone] and possibly even work from the front driver's or passenger's seat for a firing position, through the vehicle's door windows. That hurts my ears just thinking about it, even using earplugs and hearing protectors.

I've seen the guy stumble, mumble, and bumble on TV this week, and I think we're talking about a guy who is not aware of his own profound limitations. He may believe he's a supercop, when what he really is, is what Thomas Sowell calls a "mascot." I doubt this guy could pass a LEO promotion exam for detective sergeant - the kind given back when departments were allowed to give real exams. A dim bulb who's been allowed to pop off with impunity. I hope Lee Brown hasn't thought about hiring hm...
