Never, when the topic of Livia Rodham becoming President is brought up, will we hear about her lack of qualifications and experience. However, George W. Bush was governor of Texas for how long? And, he was still questioned about his ability to be a leader.

Yes, so true. And I heard an interesting statistic, that only 2 US senators have ever become president, many more come from the ranks of governor. Yet George Bush as governor for 6 years of a large state like Texas was somehow so much less qualified to be president than Gov. Clinton of little Arkansas.

Oh well, a lot of people believed it, didn't they?
