To amend title 18, United States Code, to prohibit certain interstate conduct relating to exotic animals.

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

SEC. 2. TRANSPORT OR POSSESSION OF EXOTIC ANIMALS FOR PURPOSES OF KILLING OR INJURING THEM.

The bill as written is only the tip of the iceberg. Once they can Federalize hunting, then the Amendments start when it gets to committe. What do you think they will add in committee? This is Incrementalism in its most vile form.
