What language is Molon Labe? Does it mean "Let's roll"?

Molon Labe means "Come and get them." It was said by the Spartan general(his name escapes me) to the Persian general Darius I when he requested that the Spartans lay down their arms. The Spartans totalled about 300 to the Persians' 200,000??? Sorry for the lack of details, but I am old and my brain is swiss cheese nowadays.
