It's been my contention that El Presedente' Jorge Bush knows exactly what's going on. He lack the political balls to do anything about REAL homeland security. Having secure borders would be a logical first step to "homeland security". Bush is a complete sellout. He's so busy trying to run the world that he's forsaken his own country and his own people.
