Can Muttly have high-intensity bullets ?
So it's boiled down to someone who may have a gun, and know how to use it. I feel much safer now.

Well...considering you are in beautiful/hellish Oregon...you get to keep the bullets.

Muttly has a few high-powered rifles. No matter what he loads in them...they come out "high-powered," they say.

Same for his pistols. Being in New York metro area...they come out "cop-killers"....unless my police friends load the same thing...in which case....they're just insensitive.

Muttly doesn't want sensitive ammunition. Muttly sensitive enough already...and it has caused him nothing but pain. Now quietly intolerant...and much happier.
