A murderous sniper who could easily have his race confused?
Try this guy: after all, he does have a history of this:
WRONG!
The perp(s) responsible for these local "sniper" killings are more likely similar and sympathetic to, and/or may even have friends who look more like this guy below. After all, no LEO has so far been the victim of the (local?) scumbag shooter, so the alleged foreign "terrorist" theories may not be quite as credible as the "paramilitary" wannabe or "hate crime" ones.
