Umm, can someone tell me what Rudy did towards making/obtaining/promoting peace?

His reaction to Sept 11 was outstanding. He was a leader for his state when people were upset, frightened and grieving. He had to make all kinds of decisions about how to handle the aftermath of the attack, and he did that well.

But this isn't a good leader award.

Well if they can give it to a terrorist AraFART then you know the nobel prize has nothing to do with peace anymore.
