if I seem a little defensive it's because I've been doin battle over at morons.org and man those people are messed up. Talk about hating Christians. Wow!
I am a christian myself. Personally though I think a few of the websites I have visited are a bit of a tinfoil type. Much like many other non-religious sites I have went to.
Speaking of the faith, have you read 'Systematic Theology' by strong? Been reading it here at work, excellent and in depth work!
