It was observed long ago regarding FR commentary regarding the investigations into narcotics trafficking in the Mena, Arkansas area from which both Republicans and Democrats politicial figures have benefitted that Jim Robinson's FBI file was one of those obtained during the Clinton administration for maintaining control of any commentary that could lead to serious legal difficulties for the participants. Simple partisan Republican cheerleading and venting coupld be tolerated; informed speculation that led to indictments could not be.

Any further financial donations to Free Republic from me will be made through OKCSubmariner, or held in escrow by him, so far as I'm concerned. But alternate arrangements are certainly possible.

FedGov employees with access may find interesting reading to be found in FBI file IP-7 1690/

Yeh, looks like it. Does anyone really know why OKCSubmariner was banned? It's not often that someone on any website knows as much about a subject as him (or her). There seem to be some very touchy moderators. I thought this was a conservative site, looking for some truths. I don't know what OKCSubmariner did, but I found all his (or her) posts intelligent and heart-felt. What did he (or she) do? Moderators, please reinstate OKC!
