You've got to upload the .jpg to another website (other FReepers can make recommendations), then link the image to your message here via HTML. Search for the "HTML Bootcamp" thread for tips.

As to your point... yeah, they could wallpaper the entire nation with the new wanted posters. Greta needs a good slap upside her head. Maybe it'd straighten out her mouth, eh? ;-)
