No offense but even if these people had been given CCW permits it wouldn't have helped them. They were shot with a long range rifle. Even us gun nuts are thinking twice about heading out around those parts. So how about you quit being snippy

Maybe not, but it sure would have helped identify which white cubevan was involved....
