Your statement about there not being any weapons in Va is wrong. I live in Fredericksburg. ALL of my neighbors own weapons as they are either in the DEA, FBI, or the USMC, or just happen to enjoy them. The gun laws here are conducive and as about as respectful of ownership as any in the country.
Well, I stand corrected. I'm aware, though, that Maryland has very oppressive laws.
